We've done more projects than you can imagine. Here's a taste of some of them. One project worth a mention is the spiral staircase which was nothing but challenging!
First the gib had to be dampened on the back for us to get it to bend for the curved walls. It required a lot of extra fixing to hold its curve, then there was negative detail to each step. Plus the lights that were angled down the walls were a significant consideration. This stairwell took the gib fixers and gib stoppers over 40 hours to get it ready for the painting stage. A central glass column and elevator was then installed for very impressive results!
