A beautiful 4-bedroom home nestled in the exclusive Wyuna Preserve near Glenorchy.
With so much glass across the front of the house looking out towards Lake Whakatipu, there was lots of light hitting the walls and ceilings. As a result it was critical that the gib was back blocked behind every joint to avoid popping and movement.
Combined with detail to curtain pelmets and timber ceilings, the gib stopping was crucial. You don’t ever want to see joints and screws in the sunlight!
